Fire breaks out at tea factory in HabiganjHABIGANJ, Jan 27, 2024 (BSS) – A fire broke out at a tea factory inChunarughat Upazila of the district this morning. On information, fire fighters from Habiganj, Chunarughat and Shaistaganj stationrushed to the Lalchand Tea Estate and doused the fire with the help of the laborsof the tea garden this afternoon. Manager of the tea garden Mofazzol Hossain said the fire might have originated from short-circuit atthe factory. Chunarughat Upazila Parishad Chairman Abdul Qadir Lashkor visited the spot. Officer-in-Charge of Chunarughat Thana Hillol Rai confirmed the matter.
