One killed in road accident in JamalpurJAMALPUR, January 27, 2024 (BSS)-A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a tractor at Islampur upazila of the district here this noon. The victim was identified as Sheikh Kamal, 32, son of Sheikh Suruj Miah at west Boliadaha village under Islampur Upazila. According to the police, Sheikh Kamal was returning home from Kachaipara Bazar by walking. When he reached at west Sankarpur area, a speeding tractor hit him from behind killing on the spot. Police recovered the body and filed a case in this connection.
