KUALA LUMPUR: The Bersih office in 8 Avenue, Petaling Jaya was raided today by a team from the Federal police. The raid, which took place about an hour ago, saw police as well as officers from the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) entering its office and searching for documents. Bersih 2.0 via its Twitter account, said its lawyers were barred from entering the office. Police have confirmed that the raid took place, but declined to provide more information. Meanwhile, a group of Red Shirts supporters are still at Masjid Negara, awaiting their leader Datuk Jamal Yunos to show up.
