KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 58 roads at 10 main areas in KL will feature detours tomorrow, due to the Bersih 5 rally. This, said KL police chief Datuk Amar Singh, is to prevent clashes between the various groups that are expected to assemble for the rally. Amar said the road detours are being done to ensure that traffic is kept under control, given that rally participants will be driving. "Police have advised all groups not to conduct the rallies but they still want to continue," he said. He said police will be deploying enough manpower tomorrow to ensure peace and public order.
