One of the policemen had previously been accused of attempted murder of the boda boda rider. The three men were reportedly taken by the Administration Police after the court case. DCI Ndegwa Muhoro yesterday told a court that the FBI will assist the investigation into the murder of human rights lawyer Willie Kimani, a taxi driver and a boda boda rider. Kenya does not need the FBI to investigate these murders. Sadly it appears that the FBI is needed because the police cannot investigate itself.
