Checks by the New Straits Times found an article in the website, titled Why Malaysian Actress Elfira Loy is a Rising Star. Elfira started out acting at the age of 12, having landed a starring role on Waktu Rehat on Disney Channel Asia. Vogue also complimented Elfira on her success as an actress, and an entrepreneur who owns a fashion label, El by Elfira. The actress has another reason to be on cloud nine — she received a proposal from her beau, singer Sufian Suhaimi, 25.
