The 56-year-old won on June 24 but had to wait out the long Hari Raya weekend to collect his winnings. “I knew I won on Saturday night but I had to hold on to the ticket for a few days. The winning numbers were from his car licence plate and a number special to him. The man bought a System 8 ticket which won him RM24,765,871.95 and an additional RM2,016.
