Fire and Emergency New Zealand are investigating a house fire in Gore. A house fire in Gore that was well ablaze when fire crews arrived in the early hours of the morning is being investigated by Fire and Emergency NZ. A Fire and Emergency NZ spokesperson said two crews from Gore, followed by two crews from Mataura, were sent to a fire on Hokonui Dr in Gore at 2am on Tuesday morning. Nobody was in the house and it was believed to have started from outside the building, she said. Fire investigators were sent to the scene of the fire this morning.
