In less than a month, Rutgers will welcome pretty much all of its incoming freshmen to campus. The early enrollee has become the norm at colleges and this coming year is no different for Rutgers. The staff has brought in a pair of top wide receiver targets in Dyzier Carter (Mineral, Va.) and Elias Coke (Harrisburg, Pa.) The late addition of RJ Wortman (Colonia, N.J.) could make it three receivers, but he is coming in as an athlete with a position still to be determined. For now, we will run down the additions of Carter and Coke, as it is a wide receiver duo packed with potential.
