PHOTO: SUPPLIEDNine Dunedin artists have made the shortlist of one of New Zealand's premier national art prizes. The artists are Madison Kelly, Motoko Kikkawa, James Robinson, James Thomson-Bache, Robert West, Marie Strauss, Marion Wassenaar, Tom Fox and Emily Gordon. Of those, Mr Fox and Ms Strauss each had two of their works selected. In comparison, 14 Auckland artists made the shortlist and three Christchurch artists. Last year, two Dunedin artists made the cut.
