Traditional rivals New Zealand and Australia are meeting tonight at the Netball World Cup in Liverpool, in the first real test for the Silver Ferns. Maria Folau missed a last second attempt, which would have tied the game, as Australia edged the Silver Ferns in a Netball World Cup thriller. Both sides were already guaranteed of their place in the World Cup semifinals, but Australia's win means they finish top in the group.
