Sue Shellenbarger’s column about older workers updating their skills and style is vital for women (“Work & Family: Reinvention in a Digital Era,” Life & Arts, May 23). As an etiquette instructor for over 10 years, whenever I am called in to give a “professional dress” talk, management’s target is never millennials. It is women, age 50 and up. It starts with sweatshirt-like knit blazers with T-shirts underneath and devolves into sweatsuits and capri pants. Dress better.
