The footage, taken by Nick Rutledge on dashcam yesterday afternoon, shows a car being driven in the cycleway on Castle St, then swerving through traffic by Toitu Otago Settlers Museum. A police spokesperson said it was an opportunity to remind drivers that ''our roads are not a race track''. ''Every person in New Zealand has the right to feel safe and be safe when travelling from place to place. ''Anyone who witnesses dangerous driving is urged to report it immediately.''
