As of Monday afternoon, 38.7 per cent of residents in Masterton people, 47 per cent in South Wairarapa and 51 per cent in Carterton had voted. "Traditionally for the council elections, Carterton have been about 60 per cent, South Wai[rarapa] have been in the high 50s and Masterton has been about 50," Lampp said.
