Ross Hewit, 32, was last seen at 11pm on Sunday leaving his Eden Terrace apartment in the central city on December 17. The father of two's "out of character" disappearance saw his family desperate to find him. The Warkworth man, a gaming machine technician at Sky City Casino, stays in the Eden Terrace apartment while working. He was due to join his family, wife Donna, son Noah, 3, and daughter Zara,1, on Monday morning at their north Auckland home and was reported missing when he didn't arrive.
