Christian Vazquez also homered among his three hits and had two RBIs for the Red Sox in the opener of a three-game series. The Red Sox scored four in the first. The Red Sox took a 7-1 lead in the third. Joe Biagini walked Betts with two out in the eighth and allowed Devers’ second home run.
