A knock of 65 by Sathya Sandeepani laid the foundation as Devapathiraja, taking first lease of the wicket, made a challenging score of 189 in their allotted 30 overs. Anula Vidyalaya in their turn were made to toil for their runs and with no useful contributions coming from the batters saw them skittle out for a meagre score of 104.
