The vans which were procured to support health delivery in the rural areas as an urgent means of addressing health care challenges have been packed for 3 years. For more than 3 years these vans have been packed here and are rotting away. This place is very close to the sea and the vans are rotting away. These vans were procured by the taxpayer’s money and I believe it can be used to save lives in this county," he said.
