The boxer was captured on a video inflicting punches on a fan who was celebrating Kotoko’s 2-1 victory over Accra Hearts of Oak last Sunday. He maintained that the GBA has a zero-tolerance policy towards boxer indiscipline and will crack the whip on Allotey. He noted that per the rules of the GBA, the boxer is likely to get either a permanent or temporal ban. Meanwhile Patrick Allotey has issued an apology to the victim, Ghanaians and the GBA for his ‘shameful behavior’.
