Mr Agyapong was hauled before the party’s Disciplinary Committee (DC) to explain his comments about the credibility of the party’s national executives. However, the late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey, National Chairman, hit back strongly at the allegation and dared Mr. Agyapong to prove his allegation. The outspoken Politician further promised to allocate 20 million US dollars to campaign against executives he described as “corrupt national executives” not win power. He, however, added that the New Patriotic Party can win the upcoming elections only if the party changes its national executive.
