Citing an injury, the Thai world No.3 duo withdrew ahead of their championship match against the 147th-ranked Kim Jae-Hyeon and Jang Ha-Jeong, handing the unseeded Korean pair their maiden Asian title. Eighth seeds Li Yijing and Luo Xumin of China took the women's doubles crown after their opponents, top seeds and defending champions Liu Shengshu and Tan Ning, retired during the first game. Top seeds Kim Won-Ho and Seo Seung-Jae took the men's doubles title, becoming another first-time Asian champions. The world No.1 pair proved too strong for their 22nd-ranked opponents Kang Min-Hyuk and Ki Dong-Ju, winning the final 21-13, 21-17.
