The migrant people have already been shifted from congested places to safe accommodations to halt the spread of coronavirus. "I take this opportunity to reiterate the government’s full commitment and support to provide maximum healthcare support to all those in need, without discrimination," he said. The minister also appreciated the Bangladeshi assistance for the people of the Maldives in combating the Covid-19 pandemic. The aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force is scheduled to return home on Sunday with 77 Bangladeshis.
