With the latest development, the total number of deaths reached 27,891, while the number of total infections rose to 1,570,835 in the country. On the other hand, another 157 patients recovered from the infectious disease across the country, taking the total number of recoveries to 1,534,635. According to the data, the country’s overall Covid-19 mortality rate until Saturday morning remained static at 1.78%, overall recovery rate at 97.7%, and the overall positivity lowered to 15.02%. Around 43.3 million people in the country have received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
