Coronavirus lockdown 2.0: What is likely to close and stay open from schools to pubs

Under current Tier 3 rules, most retailers have carried on trading in England. Unlike the first lockdown, it's likely that schools, universities and nurseries will be allowed to stay open for all. In the last lockdown schools were only open to vulnerable pupils and those of key workers but a second lockdown seems to suggest it will be open to all youngsters. It is not known if that will be the case if the nation goes into a second lockdown. A national lockdown across England would replace the current three Tier system that is in place.
