Pictured: Kyle DanielsThe mother of a girl who was allegedly inappropriately touched by her swim coach thought it was an accident and felt the situation could be handled by management, a court has heard. The swim centre was contacted by a mother in mid-2018 after her daughter said Daniels allegedly touched her between the legs in an 'uncomfortable' way, The Daily Telegraph reported. Former Mosman Swim Centre manager Mitchell Dean recalled the moment the mother reported the alleged incident in The District Court on Friday. Higher manager Crystal Doyle then called the mother to discuss how to handle the alleged situation, the court was told. They visited the mother after two sisters alleged they were touched by Daniels.
