are searching for the owners of two kayaks recovered from the Coquitlam River after they received reports of a kayak in the river. Coquitlam SAR began their search just before 5:00 p.m., which involved 20 people and two helicopters. No one reported missingMichael Coyle with Coquitlam SAR told CBC News that the search didn't locate anyone and there were no people reported missing. The outfit has now stopped its search until Coquitlam RCMP can gather more information about what happened. Coquitlam Search and Rescue is asking anyone who knows who the kayaks belong to, or saw kayakers on the river Saturday to contact Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550.
