KOTA KINABALU: She has always wanted to be a pilot, so much so that even a helicopter crash did not crush her spirit. Yesterday, she became a proud graduate of the Layang-Layang Helicopter Academy. She will have to take another course if she wants a Malaysian aviation licence. Prior to her enrolment at the Layang-Layang Helicopter Academy, Fatin completed her training at the All Asia Aviation Academy in the Philippines. For now, she is taking a 12-month in-house training with Layang-Layang.
