Share TweetBy Noreen JazulA container van fell off a trailer truck in Anda Circle in Manila early Monday morning causing heavy traffic in the area. A pick-up truck, taxi, and tricycle were reportedly hit by the container van when it fell. No one was reported injured in the accident. As of 6:45 am, the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) was already trying to lift and remove the container from the road.
