The Comelec EU reiterated its call for the immediate upgrading of Comelec employees’ salary. ”We also join them in their call for the immediate end to the scourge of contractualization in the country,” the group said. The employees union urged the more than 61 million registered voters in the country not only to go out and exercise their right to vote in May 13., but also to make their vote count.
