Share TweetBy Ben RosarioThe alleged smear drive that targeted the House of Representatives at the height of its feud with the Senate and certain Cabinet men failed to pull down the public satisfaction rating for congressmen, a top official of the Lower House said Wednesday. The Lower Chamber’s net satisfaction rating remained “good”, the same category it received from the December 2018 results. A seven-point increase from December’s +40 point set the Lower House’s grade an unprecedented record high of +47 in March. The SWS said this surpassed the previous record of good +43 in December 2017.
