A 47-year-old man reported missing in Christchurch has been been found "safe and well". Ian Wiggins was reported missing from the Redwood area on Monday morning. "Police are concerned for his welfare and they ask anyone who may have seen him please gets in touch immediately," they said in a statement. A second statement issued just after 1.30pm said Wiggins had been found "safe and well" by police.
