Chonsawat, then Samut Prakan mayor, was founded guilty of failing to ensure a fair election. In Chonsawat case, he was eligible for almost 100 days of such reduction. "Some cases of parole were criticised, especially those for big names, so I think that parole should be considered carefully," Gen Paiboon said.
