Censorship authorities started their work on limiting online discussion by banning a multitude of terms and words from the Chinese microblogging site Weibo — and the list is almost endless. Among the 21 proposed amendments is the eradication of the current two-term limit of China’s presidents and vice presidents. With this proposed amendment, Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China and General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, would be maintaining his seat as president indefinitely.
