The ‘political noise’ at the Supreme Court has no effect on Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, her spokesperson said Monday. “The Chief Justice is completely unaffected by such kind of political noise within the Supreme Court,” said one of her spokespersons, Atty.
