The newly appointed President of the Chinese Community in Ghana, Mr Tang Hong, says he seeks to promote friendship and understanding between China and Ghana. “When Chinese businesses do well, it definitely rubs off well on Ghana, and this is exactly what we want,” he said. Mr Tang said collaboration between China and Ghana towards mutual gain was also one area he sought to extensively promote. Madam Sun Baohong, the Chinese Ambassador to Ghana and guest of honor at the event, urged the Chinese Community to contribute positively to Ghana’s development , and also promote mutual corporation between China and Ghana. Mr Tang takes over from Mr Su Yue Hua.
