Business News of Friday, 16 January 2026Source: www.ghanaweb.comThe Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Hub Development Corporation (PHDC), Dr Toni Aubynn, has declared 2026 as “the year of action” for the Petroleum Hub. According to Dr Aubynn, 2026 is the year when the hard work invested in the project over the years will translate into tangible, on-site action in the Jomoro Municipality of the Western Region. Dr Aubynn attributed the Corporation’s confidence to the strong support provided by the President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, in advancing the project. Dr. John Jinapor. Having laid a strong foundation in 2025, Dr Aubynn is now confident that the project is ready for takeoff, with major activities expected at the Jomoro site this year.
