He was on Saturday crown the Overall Best Journalist of the Year 2015 at the 21st Ghana Journalist Awards (GJA) for that piece. “What I know is that Anas is still the journalist of the year and we are not reversing any award” he stated. Mr. Monney indicated that if the matter goes to court, the GJA would be ready to defend its action. Till the court orders us to quash the award, we won’t dare do that because he (Anas) deserves the award” he noted.
