CHILLIWACK, B.C.—Police say a year-long investigation in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley has resulted in the dismantling of an alleged criminal operation involving illegal drugs. Chilliwack RCMP say the investigation resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of drugs believed to be cocaine, along with firearms, cash and several cell phones. Police say on Dec. 19 they searched seven homes and executed three search warrants on vehicles in connection to their investigation. They say the investigation was started by the Chilliwack Crime Reduction Unit Drug Section in the summer of 2018 and assisted by several other teams and units.
