The child, 10, a man, 43, and a woman, 36, were all hurt in the incident in Colindale on Monday night. Officers, paramedics and fire crews rushed to Beaufort Park at around 7.20pm after reports of a "corrosive substance" attack. One nearby resident, Salwa Amrane, 30, described the aftermath of the attack as the emergency services rushed to the block. Emergency services were no longer at the scene on Tuesday, but a paper sign has been attacked to the door of Erwin House which reads: “Caution, wet floor acid spillage. I’m sure it was an acid attack as police were running in with water bottles.”Someone else added: “Apparently a stranger knocked on their door, they opened and were attacked."
