A two-day review meeting was held with Collectors, SPs and government officials of various departments on anti-narcotics measures in Kalaivanar area. He said that the government has chosen two methods to prevent narcotics and the police and officials will take action according to the law. He said that the police will be able to save people from intoxication only when they eradicate drugs from their jurisdiction. Ministers Shekhar Babu, Anbil Mahesh, Chief Secretary Irai Anbu, Chief Secretary Home Department K Phaninder Reddy, DGP Sailendra Babu, ADGP Mahesh Kumar Agarwal and others participated in this meeting.
