Early on Saturday media reports said more than 80% of the polling units had not been able to use the app. EC member Somchai Srisutthiyakorn said the problem was fixed and the system can now be used to report unofficial results of the vote. Mr Somchai said the EC expects to announce the official results of the referendum vote by Wednesday.
