The Queenstown Lakes District Council has filed charges against both Dominion Construction Ltd, and one of its former employees, under the Building Act. The Kmart building is part of the first stage of the $100 million Queenstown Central development in Frankton. A first appearance is scheduled in the Queenstown District Court on March 25.
