Sending out a strong signal to AIADMK, Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu has said the Centre will support the Tamil Nadu government till the time it provides good governance to the state. Naidu held a meeting with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and top bureaucrats of the state in Tamil Nadu secretariat. After reading the memorandum given to him by CM Palaniswami, Venkaiah Naidu went on to read about the Centre's proposed grants to Tamil Nadu. However, the plot thickened after Naidu's remark stating that the Centre wants Tamil Nadu to provide proper governance if it wants the unhindered support of the Centre.
