JK Tyres & Industries Ltd today reported consolidated net profit at Rs 92.03 crore for the fourth quarter ended March. The tyre-maker had posted a net profit of Rs 122.30 crore in the corresponding period of last fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing. For the entire fiscal, the company reported a consolidated net profit at Rs 379.82 crore. In the corresponding quarter of last fiscal, the net profit stood at Rs 456.79 crore. The company said its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity share of Rs 2 each for FY17.
