Caution urged as slippery roads cause crashes in WellingtonONE News NowWellington motorists are being asked to take care, as black ice covers State Highway 2 in Upper Hutt. A crash in the southbound lane, south of Fergusson Dr had been cleared. One lane remained blocked, but was not causing delays. A second crash on Moonshine Bridge blocking the southbound lane of State Highway 2 had also been cleared, but delays were expected as congestion cleared. NZTACommuters were asked to avoid the road between the Hayward Hill Rd and Silverstream if possible.
