However, in a bizarre turn of events, the university authorities held the discussion on Victory Day with a banner that had the image of the Central Shaheed Minar imprinted on it. According to the banner, VC Shireen presided over the discussion. Meanwhile, the image of the event has already gone viral on different social media platforms and netizens have heavily criticized the mistake. "We are going to make those responsible for what happened pay.”The registrar also claimed that he did not attend any of the events celebrating Victory Day on the university campus.
