A police search is underway for the missing firefighter who vanished following a night out with his colleagues. Anthony Knott, 33, who was last seen on CCTV leaving The Lamb pub in Fisher Street, disappeared from Lewes, East Sussex at 7.16pm on Friday December 20. Footage has now emerged showing Sussex Police, the London Fire Brigade and local Coastguard teams searching a river in boats in an effort to find the missing firefighter. Police have issued this CCTV image of Anthony Knott taken on the night he vanished. Police said Mr Knott is white, around 6ft tall and is of medium build.
