Destiny Church leader Brian Tamaki is challenging a judge’s bail conditions which prevent him from attending protests and going to Auckland Domain. He was released on bail and then attended a second “freedom rally” before been charged again with breaching his bail conditions. Stuff Brian Tamaki appeared in court from a custody unit.
