Cured pork includes bacon or ham containing at least 30 per cent pork flesh, and processed pork products made with at least 66 per cent pork and containing salt as a preservative. Most of the pork imported so far this year came from Germany, Poland, Australia, Canada, Spain, the United States and Finland, Baines said.
