Walt DisneyAvengers: Endgame continued to perform like a mid-summer (or mid-holiday) blockbuster yesterday, adding another $33.4 million to its domestic cume in its fifth day of release. Heck, sans inflation, Avengers: Endgame’s five-day total is ahead of Force Awakens’ $390 million seven-day cume and just $12 million below Star Wars 7’s $440 million eight-day cume. That will be just over/under Force Awakens’ $149 million second-weekend-haul. Presuming the second-weekend-guestimates aren’t too high, it’ll push Avengers 4’s ten-day domestic cume to just over/under The Last Jedi ($620 million) and The Avengers ($623 million). After that, it’s just Jurassic World ($652 million), Titanic ($659 million, counting reissues), Avengers: Infinity War ($679 million), Black Panther ($700 million), Avatar ($760 million) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($937 million).
